DNHN - On March 9, 2022, at the Job Introduction Center of Ba Ria - Vung Tau Province (BR-VT), the Standing Committee of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises of the province worked, exchanged and signed a cooperation agreement with the Referral Center. jobs under the Department of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs to support businesses in the province to access policies for employees in enterprises.

Support enterprises to advise on unemployment insurance policies, processes, records and benefits of employees receiving unemployment insurance.
Support enterprises to train and issue occupational safety and health certificates for groups from group 1 to group 6.
Support to introduce and supply labour according to business orders, organize free job sessions to connect workers with businesses.
Supporting businesses with other services such as:
– Consulting, creating sources, coordinating the implementation of labour export programs.
- Organizing training and training to improve job search capacity.
- Implementing programs and projects on employment.
- Guiding procedures for granting permits for foreign workers.
- Guiding procedures for granting licenses to labour outsourcing enterprises and employment service enterprises.
- Guiding procedures for granting a license to practice vocational education.
– Consulting and guiding the development of labour norms, ladders, salary tables, internal labour regulations, collective labour agreements.
- Carrying out communication and advertising work for businesses and vocational training institutions.
The two sides have signed agreements to cooperate and assign tasks to assist member enterprises in the province in meeting policy, labour, recruitment, training, and job creation requirements for employees, as well as policies to assist employees enrolled in social insurance who are infected with Covid-19 (F0).
