DNHN - In 2022, the Business Investment Environment (PCI) ranking for Thai Binh rose 19 places, making it the province with the largest increase among 63 provinces and cities.
If Thai Binh was ranked 47th on the Business and Investment Environment (PCI) ranking in 2021, it’s ranking this year is 28th, a very impressive and proud number.
Active administration
It is impossible to discuss the promotion impression of Thai Binh in 2022 without mentioning the "Dynamics of the Government" index. This is an indicator of enterprise confidence in the provincial leadership team's ability to create opportunities, generate employment, and creatively address the difficulties and problems of people and businesses. This move by the provincial leaders of Thai Binh has been increasingly recognised and praised by businesses over the past few years, as evidenced by the fact that this score has improved in a consistent upward trend. This significant score has reached 7.20 points and will peak in 2022, the highest in the previous decade.
The establishment of the Centre for Investment and Development Support and Promotion of Thai Binh Province and the launch of the information page "Thai Binh assists businesses" on the Zalo application are examples of the province's leaders' dynamism and optimism. Through the information page, provincial leaders and departments and branches of the province can comprehend the opinions, suggestions, and reflections of businesses and quickly address them, thereby fostering the growth of the business community.
In addition, the province established a working group to support and solve difficulties and problems for investors and businesses, consisting of 31 members, led by the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, and operating under the following motto: consulting support, solving difficulties and problems of investors and businesses as quickly and effectively as possible; promulgating a plan to remove difficulties and obstacles, accelerating the implementation of investment projects.
Mr Nguyen Trung Anh, General Director of Hung Viet Investment and Trade Company, a Hanoi-based investor, remarked, "As a business that invests across the nation, we see that Thai Binh's leaders are very genuine." extremely dynamic and decisive. Frequently, our work encountered difficulties as a result of mechanisms and objective conditions, but thanks to the adaptability, dynamism, and resolve of provincial leaders, these difficulties and issues were swiftly resolved.
Increasingly, businesses are "breathable"
When discussing the business investment climate, it is essential to note that the "lubrication" costs of a company have the greatest direct impact on its operations. Every time businesses discuss it, they feel fear.
In recent years, the province of Thai Binh has enthusiastically, unconditionally, and openly supported local businesses. From establishing a business, renting land, and granting investment licences, to approaching and participating in bidding for projects, the province is open and transparent. As a result, businesses do not need to pay lubrication fees, which expedites the process. convenient fast.
If Thai Binh's unofficial Cost score in 2013 was 5.37 points, then over the subsequent 10 years, i.e. in 2022, this score has significantly increased. The province of Thai Binh earned the highest score of 6.88 points. This is the business community's acknowledgement of the province's government apparatus at all levels for its purity, transparency, and openness, as well as the departments' fierce and impartial support.
The enterprise's access to land is one of the obvious examples that must be mentioned. This is a difficult and objective problem that most provinces face; many provinces have been unable to find a solution for many years as land becomes increasingly scarce.
To address this issue, the province of Thai Binh has implemented the central government's mechanism, created flexible clean land funds, and designed industrial parks to attract investors. Due to this, Thai Binh has attracted many investors over the years, and many foreign investors have chosen Thai Binh as a long-term location. Thai Binh Province did not stop there; it also published a list of industries and fields that attract investment and streamlined procedures to encourage suitable investors to come to the province. And enterprises have recognised the province's tireless efforts with very meaningful numbers, which is Thai Binh's highest land access score in the past ten years, reaching 6.94 points, a score of 6.94 points that many provinces can only dream of.
