DNHN - Agribank - Trang An office offering for sale, as collateral for loans, properties in the name of THM-CONCRETE Production and Trading Joint Stock Company, including forty vehicles of various makes and models
Agribank - Trang An office has formally announced the auction of several collateral assets belonging to THM-CONCRETE Production and Trading Joint Stock Company, a subsidiary of Tan Hoang Minh Group.
THM-CONCRETE Production and Trading Joint Stock Company's assets are pledged as collateral for loans at Agribank - Trang. A division with 40 assets, including vehicles of all types, concrete mixer trucks, excavators, etc., generators, excavators, etc. Including 1 Mazda-CX5 BKS 30F-600.41 5-seater automobile manufactured in 2018 and 2 Ford Ranger BKS 29H-158.28 and 29H-158.38 automobiles jointly manufactured in 2018.

Up to 30 concrete mixer trucks manufactured in 2019 and owned by the Traffic Police Department of the City Police are among the seized property. Hanoi issues a certificate of vehicle registration to THM-CONCRETE Production and Trading JSC. This collateral also includes 2 Liugong wheel loaders manufactured in 2018, 1 concrete batching plant with a capacity of 180m3/h commencing operations in 2018, 1 substation project of 1,000kVA-35(22)/0.4kV commencing operations in 2018, 1 generator manufactured in 2018, 1 water cooling equipment system, and 1 HITACHI crawler excavator manufactured in 2018.
All of the assets listed above are held in the name of THM-CONCRETE Trading and Production Joint Stock Company as collateral for this business's loan. The debt's value as of December 1, 2022, is VND 28,258 billion, and Agribank categorizes it as group 5 debt (unsolvable debt).
The guarantor, THM-CONCRETE, has missed the deadline for handing over the security assets, as specified in the notice of voluntary handover to handle debt collection by the Trang An branch of Agribank. By the terms of the executed security agreement, the Agribank - Trang An branch seized the aforementioned series of assets on December 2, 2022, to handle the collection of delinquent debts.
Agribank's starting price for the aforementioned series of assets is VND 40,895 billion. The auction is scheduled for 22 March 2023.
Mr. Do Hoang Viet (son of Mr. Do Anh Dung, Chairman of Tan Hoang Minh Group) serves as General Director of Tan Hoang Minh Group's THM-CONCRETE.
