Quang Ninh Tourism Development Conference 2023 aims to find solutions and create breakthroughs in tourism development

DNHN - On March 14, in the afternoon, a press conference was held in Van Don island district, Quang Ninh province, to announce the organization of the 2023 Quang Ninh Tourism Development Conference on March 17, 2023, at the Muong Thanh Luxury Hotel

350 delegates, representatives of ministries, departments, branches, and central agencies; leaders of the People's Committee, Department of Tourism/Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism of some provinces/cities; leaders of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee of Quang Ninh province, leaders of localities in the province, departments/divisions will attend the Quang Ninh tourism development conference in 2023.
The conference will focus on assessing the situation and results of tourism activities in Quang Ninh in 2022; exchanging ideas and proposing solutions for the development of tourism in Quang Ninh in 2023.
The purpose of the conference was to discuss ways to attract domestic and international tourists to Quang Ninh; to exchange information on advertising and promotion associated with digital transformation in tourism activities; and to discuss ways to expand and develop tourist attractions and tourism products in Ha Long Bay, Bai Tu Long Bay, and other locales in the province. Within the framework of the conference, the following activities are anticipated: Introducing the anticipated new and attractive tourism itineraries and products of Quang Ninh in 2023 and subsequent years; announcing tourist-serving events, and cultural, sporting, and commercial activities for 2023; Cooperation in supporting digital transformation in the tourism industry; cooperation in tourism development between tourism enterprises in the province and outside the province; exhibitions, displays to introduce tourism products, OCOP products of localities and businesses in Quang Ninh province.
Under the direction of the Provincial People's Committee and the coordination of relevant departments/departments/sectors, localities, and tourism businesses in the province, the preparations to organize the Quang Ninh Tourism Development Conference in 2023 have been completed on time and with the best possible preparations. The conference is an opportunity for the province of Quang Ninh to promote tourism development links between localities, highlight tourism's potential and advantages, and create, renew, and diversify tourism products. At the same time, creating conditions for Quang Ninh to attract resources for tourism development, expand international integration, and promote the image of Vietnam and Quang Ninh province to domestic and international tourists.
