The Ha Giang Provincial People's Committee approves a proposal to boost agricultural production families on the e-commerce platform

DNHN - To concretize the Decisions of the Government, the Ministry of Information and Communications, the Resolution of the Provincial Party Committee on digital transformation in the province, period 2021 - 2025, orientation to 2030. March 3. In 2022, the Provincial People's Committee issued Plan 67 on supporting agricultural production households to be listed on the e-commerce platform, promoting the development of the agricultural and rural digital economy in Ha Giang province.

Targets By 2020: 100% of agricultural production households, individual business households, cooperatives, cooperative organizations (collectively referred to as agricultural production households) register to participate in e-commerce products to connect, promote, introduce products, add new distribution channels, expand domestic and international markets; 100% of OCOP products from 3 to 4 stars are recognized by the Provincial People's Committee and put on the e-commerce floor; 100% of agricultural production households on e-commerce floors are trained in digital skills and business skills on e-commerce floors.
Targets by 2025: Provide useful information to 100% of agricultural production households, including information on agricultural product markets; input materials and supplies; forecast demand and production capacity of agricultural products, weather information, crops, manure varieties, ... through digital platforms; 50% of goods and services with certified brands are available on e-commerce floors; 200 businesses and cooperatives in the province are supported for digital transformation; promoting the development of digital economy in agriculture and rural areas.
Requirements: Organize the implementation of the Plan to meet the needs of agricultural production households, ensuring practicality and efficiency; closely, synchronously and effectively coordinate with provincial departments, branches, People's Committees of districts and cities and related organizations and enterprises to implement the Plan; effectively carry out digital communication about the Plan on the media; press, broadcasting, grassroots information, external information, digital platforms and social networks.
Objects participating in the plan: Agricultural production households: Participating in transactions, buying and selling on e-commerce floors to improve production and business efficiency and economic development.
E-commerce platforms: Join the plan to support agricultural production households to promote agricultural products, buy and sell transactions on e-commerce floors, including Post. vn floor - Vietnam Post Corporation and Voso Floor .vn - Viettel Post Joint Stock Corporation.
Collectively known as an E-commerce platform.
