To encourage technological innovation and modernization in small and medium-sized industrial production enterprises in Phu Tho province, the provincial People's Council and People's Committee have issued enterprise-supporting policies for 2020. Small and medium-sized industrial production should invest, innovate, and modernize technology in Phu Tho province's priority development areas.
The Department of Science and Technology has received more than 90 registrations proposing to support technological innovation projects in the fields of agro-forestry-fishery processing, food and beverage, wood; production of unburned building materials, and new energy vehicles.
There are businesses in which labor productivity has increased by four to five times. The technologies of the supported projects are new, advanced, modern, and highly automated; they are suited to the enterprise's level, productivity, capacity, and resources; and they contribute to the improvement of business productivity, product quality, production cost savings, and environmental pollution.
The promulgation and implementation of policies to encourage small and medium-sized industrial production enterprises to invest in technological innovation and modernization in priority development areas in the province of Phu Tho have made a significant contribution to the development of industrial enterprises.
Enterprises are recognized as the core of the national innovation system, serving as a crucial link in bringing scientific and technological achievements to life. Therefore, assisting businesses in locating, transferring, and innovating technology is a crucial and necessary task, and having innovative models and policies creates new opportunities for transformational endeavors. The focus of technology transfer should remain on implementation.
Ms. Chu Thi Bich Thuy, Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology of Phu Tho province, stated that shortly, the Department of Science and Technology will focus on conducting effective consultations with the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, and Provincial People's Committee. Enhance the capacity to search, transfer, master, and develop technology; Support projects of technology transfer, master, development, and innovation to meet the urgent needs of enterprises; Contribute to enterprise development.
