DNHN - Legal support for businesses has always been a priority for the province of Phu Tho, allowing businesses fast access to legal documents and administrative procedures about their production and business activities.

To bring about fundamental changes in the legal awareness, legal consciousness, and law compliance habits of businesses; while simultaneously creating the necessary conditions for law enforcement activities to assist businesses in conducting their operations efficiently, avoiding legal risks, enhancing their competitiveness, and contributing to the improvement of management. The province annually promulgates documents, constructs a plan to provide legal support for enterprises, and explicitly defines the responsibilities of departments and branches in legal support activities.
Creating and utilizing a legal database for business operations is an effective legal support activity for businesses. Departments and divisions promptly updated central and local legal documents about business activities on the provincial web portal and the industry's website; Trang Pho transformed provincial legal education.
In addition, the improvement and expansion of specialized pages and categories, as well as the review and development of electronic information pages about business activities, are required to ensure that all legal documents contain legal support. Province-issued regulations for businesses are posted in a timely and comprehensive manner. Until now, businesses have been able to access and use the documents on these websites without cost. Businesses can easily update, and proactively comprehend local industry regulations and guidelines, update information about policies, support programs, and policy implementation progress, and provide online consultation.

In addition to actively coordinating with the Provincial Business Association, the Cooperative Union, the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association, and other associations, provincial departments and branches support and accompany provincial enterprises. For instance, the Provincial Management Board of Industrial Parks has delegated departments and units under the Implementation Board to implement; routinely review and update information; and synthesize enterprise-related legal regulations.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang, head of the Enterprise and Labor Management Department of the Management Board of Industrial Parks of Phu Tho Province, stated that, by the motto "Accompanying Businesses," the Board has focused on capturing information and the situation to promptly assist in removing difficulties and obstacles for investors from the stage of investment research until the project goes into operation, as well as promptly guide and support investors. Complete the application for issuance and modification of the Investment Policy/Certificate of investment registration for projects in the provincial industrial park; organize the public announcement of approved planning projects in industrial parks so that investors and businesses can determine how to implement them. Specifically, the Board has promoted the use of information technology by utilizing document management software and the Zalo social network to rapidly distribute new information and documents to businesses.
Positive results have been realized with the participation of all levels and sectors in the province's business legal support. Enterprises have rapid access to legal information, thereby contributing to the improvement of the legal level for businesses and investors in project implementation, production, and business plans; reducing business risks and disputes.
