DNHN - In the wake of the pandemic, there has been a lot of demand for special health care, and there has been a lot of scarcity. This has made hot mineral real estate the most attractive segment right now, both in terms of mining yield and potential price rise.
Hot mineral properties are in high demand. Healthcare real estate is one of the 10 fields that GWI says had a size of $148 billion in 2017, then grew to $275 billion in 2017.
In 2020, the Asia-Pacific region alone will be worth 98.7 billion USD. It's important to note that hot mineral springs are one of the main factors that are boosting the growth of this asset class.

The annual growth rate for hot mineral-related activities from 2020 to 2025 is up to 18.1%. A lot of people are going to go to hot springs to relax or get better, and this will keep them going strong.
Developers have made a lot of money because there has been a big rise in demand for hot minerals. GWI says there are more than 34,000 hot springs around the world in 127 countries.
As a side note, most of them are just traditional bathhouses, and very few meet high-class and fancy standards. This type of real estate is getting a lot of attention from the market in Vietnam recently.
There are very few investors who can develop a methodical and successful hot mineral area because hot minerals are thought to be a treasure that God gave to certain land.

The Sun Group was the first company to develop and sell hot mineral real estate in Quang Hanh. People who live in apartments at Sun Onsen Village, a hot mineral villa complex with a limited number of apartments, will be able to buy them in early 2021.
This is the first time a healthcare real estate product line with 100% natural and rare hot minerals has come on the market.
Experts say that the Quang Hanh mineral bath has a lot of minerals in it, which are good for your health and can help you get rid of toxins, relieve pain, restore muscle and joint function, promote blood circulation, strengthen your immune system, and help you treat skin diseases and rejuvenate your skin. It also has metallic acid, boric acid, and bromine, which are all good for your body.

This is how the "Japanese standard" on-site bathing process works: Rinsing, then a hot mineral bath, then a hot sauna, and then either a cold sauna or a cold soak. Each villa has its system of mineral baths, saunas, and other things.
As for single-family villas, owners will be able to enjoy a mineral bath right in their master bedroom and have an adjoining massage room, which gives each owner a lot of privileges and a high rank. It can be said that Sun Onsen Village-Limited Edition has given its owners unique and rare private resort experiences.
When the owner is in the "Japanese standard" resort space, relaxing in the bath, and feeling the mineral essences follow the warm water into the body, he or she can enjoy the "high mountains, deep bay" of Quang Hanh nature. Also, the design style has the spirit of Wabi-Sabi, which is about simplicity and authenticity in every detail.
It's a mix of modern and traditional styles, with a hint of sophistication, in harmony with the green colour of the trees. There are only a few places on Earth like the land of the Rising Sun.
The gardens that the artist made are the only ones of their kind. Located in the middle of the "Japanese-style resort town" that Sun Group built, Sun Onsen Village-Limited Edition is set to become the centre of the Northern healthcare real estate market when it meets the needs of high-class buyers.
It has a beautiful location, is near major roads, and has the tourism ecosystem that Sun Group built into it. After all the work is done, the owner will soon be able to live a high-class, high-class life and soak in the hot mineral stream every day.
