DNHN - Following a fair and democratic election process, the 2nd Congress of Trade Union Magazine of Enterprise & Integration elected nine comrades to the Executive Board for the term 2023-2028.
On April 27, 2023, the Executive Committee of the Trade Union Magazine Enterprise & Integration hosted the 2nd Congress for the period 2023-2028.
Ms Nguyen Thi Kim Thanh, Vice President of the Thanh Xian District Labour Confederation, along with all staff and reporters of the Magazine, attended the congress.
The Congress of Trade Union Magazine Enterprise & Integration was held in an environment in which all officials, journalists, reporters, and employees are actively striving to create accomplishments to commemorate the 48th anniversary of the Liberation of the Region. On April 30, International Labour Day, the IV Congress of the Vietnam Small and Medium Enterprises Association and the Trade Union Congress were celebrated successfully at all levels. Trade Union Convention The Enterprise & Integration Journal is responsible for evaluating the trade union activities of the past few years, determining the objectives, directions, tasks, and solutions for the trade union activities for the term (2023-2028), and electing the Executive Board of Trade Union Journal of Business & Integration II.
Mr Truong Minh Chinh, Chairman of the Trade Union of the Magazine for the first term, presented a report on the results of the Trade Union's activities during the previous term, stating: Under the direction of the Labour Confederation of Thanh Xuan District, the interest and assistance of the members of the Trade Union increased significantly. In the previous term, the Union of Business & Integration Magazines endeavoured to imitate and complete all assigned tasks by supporting the direction of the unit's leaders and the efforts of the Trade Union's members. The Executive Committee of the Trade Union is always concerned with union members' material and spiritual well-being, mobilising officials, journalists, and employees to support activities such as subsidising hardships and socialising with others. The union will assist when union members are ill, experiencing difficulties in life, or when their families experience filial piety and happiness. The Executive Board of the Magazine Trade Union is always focused on and interested in the maintenance of organising birthday parties for members in the month, visits and vacations in the summer, and routines for employees on the occasion of welcoming spring.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union shall coordinate with the authorities to fully implement the social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, and labour insurance regimes, improve working conditions for employees, and supervise the implementation of employee-related regimes and policies by the law. The Executive Board of the Trade Union has participated twice in the formulation of the Journal's Collective Labour Agreement on the salary scale, exercising its right to participate in the development of internal regulations by the law., labour regulations, supplement and adjust the contents to protect the interests of employees such as The salary structure exceeds the regional minimum wage to ensure the workers' survival. The bonus structure includes Tet bonuses in advance of the traditional holiday. The Journal's employees are permitted to purchase insurance by state regulations so that, in the event of a risk, they will have coverage for hospital expenses and time away from work.
The Trade Union Executive Committee routinely disseminates guidelines, guidelines, directives, resolutions of the Party, policies and laws of the State; Resolutions of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises, Resolutions of Trade Unions at all levels, and Resolutions of the District Labour Confederation to cadres, journalists, reporters, and employees in the entire newsroom; Organise the movement to build a cultural lifestyle at the office, the movement against drugs and soc.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union is always aware that studying and emulating Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style is a crucial duty for each cadre and union member, so it must actively propagate and educate union members. Continue the campaign to study and adopt Ho Chi Minh's philosophy, morality, and mannerisms. Through this campaign, each cadre and trade union member must reflect on what he has learned and how he has followed Uncle Ho. Develop a sense of responsibility to contribute to the construction of the movement by developing a specific action plan, adopting an urgent, serious attitude and work style, and resolving work issues quickly and efficiently. In addition, the Executive Committee of the Journal's Trade Union thoroughly comprehended each cadre and union member and was organised to implement the Directives and Resolutions of the superior trade union and the branch.
Regarding the organisation of patriotic emulation movements, the Trade Union coordinated and collaborated with the Editorial Board to strengthen the unit through measures such as: Participating in the formulation of working and expenditure regulations. Internal regulations, management and use of public assets regulations, archives regulations, office operations regulations, etc. Guide employees to sign contracts with employers by Labour Code regulations; assume the primary responsibility and supervisory role of the Collective Labour Agreement; encourage and assist each other to improve their professional qualifications, and strive to complete all assigned tasks; and organise movements to emulate good labour, good management, good people, and building typical factors.
The Executive Committee of the Trade Union was concerned with the development of union members, promptly admitting them to the Trade Union, and proactively introducing the elite masses to the Party cell for training and membership in the Communist Party of Vietnam. In 2019-2023, the Trade Union collaborated with the Youth Union to introduce 26 comrades to the Party sympathies class at the Thanh Xuan Military Political Training Centre and to admit 3 comrades to the Party's ranks (1 official party member, 2 reserve party members).
Even though there are still many restrictions on union activities, it has received the close attention and direction of the Labour Union of Thanh Xuan District, the leadership of the Party cell, as well as encouragement, encouragement, and the creation of all favourable conditions. The magazine's leaders, along with the Executive Board and all staff and union members, have stabilised, launched, and affirmed the role of Enterprise & Integration Magazine, the grassroots trade union publication. Contribute to the stability and growth of the Journal by actively propagating and educating cadres, journalists, reporters, and employees to adhere to the Party's and State's policies and laws.
After a process of fair and democratic labour, the 2nd Congress of Trade Union Journal of Enterprise & Integration elected the Executive Board for the years 2023 to 2028 by vote.
During the new term, the Executive Board of the Trade Union will continue to renew the union's operation methods and build a contingent of politically powerful, professional, professional, and caring union officials, journalists, and reporters. Protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members, develop a robust Trade Union organisation, and contribute to the development of a stable, growing unit.
