Khanh Hoa withdraws 56 projects over 300 hectares

DNHN - Khanh Hoa Province's Economic and Budgetary Committee approved 56/57 projects recommended for inclusion in the province's list of projects requiring land recovery for socioeconomic development for national and public interests. The Provincial People's Committee made the submission.

According to Khanh Hoa Province's Economic and Budgetary Committee, this unit has just presented a report validating the resolution authorising the list of projects to be recovered for socioeconomic development for the benefit of the nation and the local population.

Previously on March 24, Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee had a report with the content that there are 57 projects in the area with a total area of ​​312.85 hectares that need to be recovered for socio-economic development for the national benefit. 

Among this list, there are 50 projects with budget capital with an area of 285.97ha; 7 projects with non-budget capital with an area of 26.88ha. 

The Economic and Budgetary Committee basically agreed on 56/57 projects proposed to be included in the list of projects that need land recovery for socio-economic development for the national and public benefits in the province. 

For the project of the domestic waste landfill at Hon Ro landfill with an area of 3.1ha, which has not yet been approved by the competent authority for investment policy, the Board requested the Provincial People's Committee to clarify the legal basis for submitting the proposal into the directory.
