In the Ba Na ethnic group, there are a large number of poor households, which makes it difficult for families to send their children to school. "Whether Vietnam becomes beautiful or not, whether the Vietnamese can compete with the great powers of the five continents, is largely due to their education." Therefore, they must exert more effort, strive harder to "harder today, glorious tomorrow," and "may the students always be enthusiastic and steadfast in the pursuit of their dreams."

Lang Thi Lan Huong, a Hero Nup High School student, thanked the benefactors and authorities at all levels for their concern on behalf of fifty disadvantaged students overcoming obstacles throughout the district. The seeds of the nation's future. "Poor students like ourselves are deeply moved by this thoughtful gift. This will be a tremendous source of motivation for employees, allowing us to dream bigger, higher, and further on the path to achieving knowledge supremacy. We pledge to accomplish more, so that in the not-too-distant future, we will make a significant contribution to the development of our nation, allowing Vietnam to march confidently and firmly towards glory, in step with the times. Lang Thi Lan Huong stated that Vietnam was comparable to the great powers of the five continents, per President Ho Chi Minh's wish.

In addition, during the programme, philanthropist Mr Nguyen Tuan Dung awarded four additional scholarships totalling four million VND to four children from extremely disadvantaged backgrounds and orphaned parents.

Kbang district, the largest district in Gia Lai province, is located in the northeast of the province. Kbang presently consists of 1 town and 13 communes, of which 12 are in the Red River Delta and mountainous regions, along with 33 villages and hamlets with unique challenges and disparate levels of development. Kbang is 90 kilometres from the province's geographic centre and borders three provinces, including Binh Dinh, Kom Tum, and Quang Ngai. More than 18,000 people and ethnic minorities reside in the region.
