DNHN - The Ministry of Planning and Investment has released a new circular outlining the organisational structure for putting into place a programme that offers a variety of business support services, such as trade promotion, technology, and consultancy.
Circular No. 13/2023, which the Ministry of Planning and Investment recently announced, is a significant step towards assisting private sector businesses in operating sustainably from 2022 to 2025. This Circular explains the program's organisational structure and focuses on offering firms a variety of services, such as trade promotion, technology, and consultancy.
As a result, consultation support has a lot of crucial components. First of all, assistance can be provided to firms in locating, evaluating, and moving technology. Additionally, they receive instruction on digital transformation strategies, intellectual property, and its utilisation. This encourages innovation in goods, services, and business models in addition to assisting companies in understanding contemporary technologies.
Furthermore, enterprises receive assistance in establishing and implementing fundamental guidelines, managing quality, and creating accounts on global e-commerce networks. This aids in increasing product advertising and market reach in addition to helping them produce higher-quality products.
Support from human and financial resources is another crucial component of the programme. Enterprises can obtain guidance regarding financing, requesting investment funds, and overseeing human resources, manufacturing, marketing, and sales. This aids in their formulation of long-term business plans and the transformation of production models into development models.
Additionally, there are several ways in which technical help is offered. Companies can get assistance with testing new products, improving existing products, and inspecting the quality of their products. Inspecting, calibrating, and testing expenses are also covered, which lessens the financial strain on companies.
According to Decree No. 80/2021/ND-CP, all of this help is provided under the particular requirements of each enterprise, along with the rules and guidelines that go along with it. This demonstrates our dedication to offering specific assistance to small and medium-sized businesses, particularly those that are social companies, involve a large number of female employees, and have female participation.
