DNHN - In addition to product quality, the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Dong Nai province places special emphasis on building a corporate culture to develop a sustainable business.
Corporate culture is comparable to the spiritual life of an organization. Enterprises must build a suitable, comprehensive, and serious corporate culture to survive and grow in all aspects. Over time, however, business leaders will modify some or all of the corporate culture's components to promote the production process and business activities, digital transformation, and management system innovation. value and improve the brand's image among partners, customers, and the general public.
Mr. Nguyen Duy Khuong, a member of the Executive Committee of Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association; The Branch of Young Entrepreneurs of Bien Hoa City, stated, "Corporate culture will be associated with the culture of the leader and will have a significant impact on all system members." Without standardization, corporate culture will diverge over time, so positive culture-based standards will be developed.

In addition, the orientation of business and development strategies is no longer a novel topic. Small and medium-sized businesses in Dong Nai have performed admirably. To develop significantly and have a long-term vision and strategy, businesses must focus on culture to meet actual conditions and continuously update new values.
"Our problem today is that the business strategy stops at the floating point when displaying logos, slogans, uniforms, standards, and employee attitudes while ignoring other crucial constituent elements. Mr. Nguyen Duy Khuong added, "from deep within, such as business philosophy, business ethics, entrepreneurial culture, corporate behavior, vision, goals, strategy, and standardization."
Awareness of corporate culture and entrepreneurial culture is the single most important factor in elevating the business level throughout each period. It is possible to classify this as soft power, but it also contains elements and characteristics of establishing a solid business foundation.
To promote, disseminate, and increase awareness of corporate culture, in 2016 the Vietnamese Prime Minister signed an official decree designating November 10 as Vietnam Entrepreneur Culture Day.
Culture is the distinctiveness of each business; it is an intangible asset, but a potent tool for establishing a distinct business identity and integrating it into the brand development process. Additionally, it demonstrates trust and cares for customers.

According to the Honorary President of the Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association, when referring to the Japanese market, one is referring to the prestige and high quality of the products, so even though the price is higher than in other markets, it still engenders confidence. excellent feedback from customers. The Japanese have successfully established a strong brand position on the international market for decades by establishing a business culture from the smallest manufacturing process details. Developing a corporate culture is therefore essential for businesses today and in the future.
During this period of economic recovery and expansion, the rate of new business registrations in Dong Nai tends to accelerate. Industrial zones and factories operate more efficiently than in the past, creating thousands of jobs within and beyond the province. The province has 32 industrial parks covering over 10,2 thousand hectares as of now. The government has leased more than 5,300 hectares to foreign businesses.

Dong Nai province invests in infrastructure for 27 industrial clusters with an area of 50 hectares or less, especially the Thanh Phu-Thien Tan cluster with a 97-hectare area. These industrial clusters are dispersed throughout Dong Nai's provinces.
With the number of IPs and industrial clusters that are deemed to have high development potential, establishing a cultural foundation for businesses is what generates present and future core values. With over 500 members, the Dong Nai Young Entrepreneurs Association is gradually establishing its brand, as well as that of businesses and entrepreneurs, through the standardization of business culture.
"Each year, the Young Entrepreneurs Association of the province of Dong Nai promotes business traditions and corporate culture through a variety of programs and activities. Consequently, the relationship between the Association's members will be strengthened, and they will work together to develop a green economy based on the core value of a sustainable business culture. A representative of the Young Entrepreneurs Association of Dong Nai province stated, "Each member in all parts of the country can join to create cooperation, association, and sharing of standard models so that other entrepreneurs and businesses can consult and establish succession clubs."
Businesses will have more opportunities to reconcile long-term diplomatic relationships and overcome market "deep waves" if they build a solid cultural foundation.
