DNHN - Chairman of the Vietnam Small and Medium Enterprises Association Nguyen Van Than stated at the Vietnam Socio-Economic Forum 2022 that what the business community is concerned about is how to concretize policies to assure company development.
Nguyen Van Than, Chairman of the Vietnam Association of Small and Medium Enterprises (VINASME), stated at the Vietnam Socio-Economic Forum 2022: "The forum picks one of two seminar topics: Promoting enterprises and workers, demonstrating tremendous interest in the business community."
Issues highlighted during the workshop, included the debate "Implementation of policies to support enterprises under the program of socioeconomic recovery and development: Current status and potential future alternatives." There has been a very comprehensive examination, with particular data that is complete and near to reality. The debate also noted that the small and medium-sized business community, which accounts for the great majority of firms functioning in our nation, as well as business homes and cooperatives, is a critical component of the economy.

The President of VINASME fully agreed with the discussion session's remarks, particularly those backing solutions. In truth, many enterprises are desperate for cash and manpower, while the government has money but is hesitant to execute it. If this issue is not addressed immediately, the Socio-Economic Development and Recovery Program would be unable to achieve the expected results.
To encourage the future growth of the business community, the President of VINASME agreed with the delegates that it is vital to reform legal policy, particularly the Land Law (amended), which has a significant influence on the whole economy and society. VINASME is excited about revising this Law. Furthermore, the method for obtaining the 2% interest rate is currently complicated and should be modified to guarantee that enterprises and cooperatives may readily access this policy package.
"The business community must "live" properly to expand sustainably. What we are interested in is how policies to ensure corporate development will be concretized following the Vietnam Socio-Economic Forum 2022. We expect that the National Assembly will take crucial choices to boost economic recovery based on ideas made at seminars and forums, and we must closely monitor their implementation. ministries, branches, and localities." - VINASME President highlighted.
