The climate of Bay Nui becomes cooler and more pleasant during the rainy season. Streams and lakes began to collect water, as did verdant forests and fruitful orchards. In addition, the people of Bay Nui are able to adapt to the harsh climate, improve the parched land after a drought so that it becomes verdant, and promote cultivation under the forest canopy and intercropped fruit orchards.

Each season in the West possesses unique qualities and attractions. You can travel during the fifth and sixth lunar months to sample delectable fresh fruits. Due to favourable climatic conditions, you can travel to the West at any time of year, as there are not as many storms and floods as in the Midwest or as much rain and cold as in the North.

Regional specialties
It is necessary to travel to the West in order to visit the fruit gardens. With its temperate climate and fertile soil, the West is ideal for fruit tree cultivation. This is also the blooming season for "strawberry skin" - a speciality of Cam Mountain - which produces abundant fruit. When it rains, the delicate branches and leaves give way to beautiful, round strawberries that adhere to the body. The mulberry tree is primarily cultivated from mid-mountain to the summit, with glossy bark, large citrus, and a distinct flavour from mulberry grown in the plains.

Every time visitors see the ripe mulberry garden from bottom to top, they can't help but marvel at the goodness of nature's gift to this country. It has a sour, sweet, and sour taste and is pure and simple, but many tourists adore it. Realising the economic value and the adoration of tourists, gardeners are also encouraged to cultivate this clean fruit, ensuring its safety and quality in accordance with the organic farming method.

In addition to strawberry skin, "red army fruit" followed shortly thereafter. At the beginning of the season, the majority of the fruit on the tree is green, while a few are light red. The Red Army on the summit of Thien Cam Son is intercropped beneath the forest canopy without care; when ripe, it is red, sweet, and fragrant, and crushing it prior to consumption reduces its astringent flavour. The larger the tree, the more fruit it bears, which, when growing in clusters and dangling from the branches, is quite attractive.

When alive, it is green, and when ripe, it turns purple-red. It has a light aroma, a sweet and sour flavour, and a slightly astringent taste. Prior to consumption, it must be crushed until it is soft; the softer it is, the sweeter it is. If a fruit is not fully ripe, its flesh is astringent and slightly sour, making it less desirable than ripe fruit. Red Army becomes an unforgettable speciality fruit when consumed in this unique manner.

This season is also the season of an abundance of delectable "natural forest vegetables" that are nourished by the rain. After visiting An Giang Forbidden Mountain, visitors should sample the fragrant "banh xeo" that combines the sweet flavour of delta products such as bacon, prawns, green beans, bean sprouts, etc....with the flavour of mountain vegetables.
Professional households travel to the forest to harvest vegetables to sell to local restaurants and eateries. The forest is home to more than 30 distinct types of clean vegetables. Following the wild perilla vegetables are sour leaves eaten with pancakes, royal jade vegetables, Irish vegetables, fig buds, strawberry buds, avocados, forever, plums, imitation stars, convex sand, salt wave, bamboo shoots, sardines, persimmon leaves, needles, and prongs. According to folklore, each vegetable has its own distinct flavour, and some vegetables have a medicinal taste. Excellent for health.

As you cross the street to the Son Cam region to view the painting "Sea Tu Son Ky," take a deep breath of the crisp, clean air and observe the brilliant red dawn on the distant horizon. Enjoying the sweet "gifts" that nature bestows on this land will undoubtedly be a joyous experience.
Visitors will have the chance to purify their souls and find peace by spending time in the mundane scene. Rearrange the disorder in life so that there are steady, energising steps.
