DNHN - The People's Committee of Binh Thuan Province recently held the opening ceremony for the "Industry and Trade Exhibition - OCOP Products of Binh Thuan Province in 2023" in Phan Thiet City.
This event is part of a series for the 2023 National Tourism Year, whose theme is "Binh Thuan - Green Convergence."
Mr. Nguyen Hong Hai - Vice Chairman of the Binh Thuan Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Vo Van Hoa - Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, Chairman of the Organising Committee, and representatives of department, branch, and branch leaders were in attendance.

Mr. Vo Van Hoa, Director of the Department of Industry and Trade, stated enthusiastically at the opening ceremony that the purpose of the fair is to create favorable conditions for producers, consumers, research agencies, and agricultural extension agencies. and businesses to directly exchange, exchange information and experiences, produce, promote, buy, and sell goods and technology to serve production and life. This is an opportunity to propagate, promote, and foster the growth of agricultural products in general, OCOP products in particular, and high-quality Vietnamese seafood products in particular. They are contributing to the concretization of the Campaign for Vietnamese citizens to prioritize the use of Vietnamese-made goods.

"The activities of the fair will contribute to giving people new directions for developing sustainable product production, capable of competing in international economic integration," said Mr. Hoa. "At the same time, this event will attract domestic and foreign investors and businesses when they visit the beautiful province of Binh Thuan."
The 2023 OCOP Industry and Trade Exhibition in Binh Thuan province will be held on the Nguyen Tat Thanh - City route from October 19 to 25. From Tonne Duc Thang Street to Le Loi Street in Phan Thiet.
