DNHN - Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Dao Hong Lan affirmed that Bac Ninh Province always accompanies businesses and that the successes and difficulties of enterprises are also the successes and difficulties of the province.

The statement was made during an online dialogue with FDI enterprises held by Bac Ninh authorities on April 23.
Speaking at the event, Secretary Dao Hong Lan emphasised that in the context of the complicated developments of the COVID-19 pandemic and its great impact on all aspects of social life in 2021, Bac Ninh has managed to synchronously deploy solutions while accompanying businesses with unprecedented initiatives.
The province also organised dialogues with enterprises to facilitate the entry of foreign experts, maintain production, and conduct COVID-19 vaccination for workers at industrial zones, Lan noted.
Through the dialogue, the authorities of Bac Ninh will have the opportunity to listen to the opinions of businesses in order to build solutions to improve the local business and investment environment, the provincial Secretary emphasised.
She also affirmed that the province is committed to improving the business environment, shortening the time needed to handle administrative procedures, implementing support programmes, especially financial and fiscal policies, strengthening social security, and solving difficulties for enterprises.
Representatives of FDI businesses discussed environmental issues, industrial park infrastructure, the support for employees and employers hit by the COVID -19 pandemic, incentives on tax rates and customs, construction permits for businesses, preferential policy on the use of clean energy sources, and fire protection and prevention.
Bac Ninh’s GDP increased by 6.9% in 2021, with industrial production value and export turnover ranking first in the country. The province currently has 1,738 valid projects with total capital of 22.77 billion USD, ranking seventh in the country in terms of investment capital.
