DNHN - Mr Truong Sy Ba, Chairman of the Tan Long Group's Board of Directors, said: "We actively collaborate with farmers and expand consumption under the new cooperative model to develop a qualified rice raw material area and a sustainable rice production chain, to produce over 1 million tons of high-quality finished rice by 2030 and successfully establish the national rice brand A An".

Mr Ba said, Tan Long, has just successfully exported 10 containers of ST 25 clean rice to the Japanese market and 05 containers to the German market under the brand name A An.
This is the first time Vietnamese rice has been exported under the company's brand to tough markets. Tan Long will promote exports to the EU market after successfully selling these batches of clean rice. As a result, Tan Long's only objective in developing the project is to establish a clean and stable rice material region conducive to the establishment of a national rice brand.
Tan Long Group Chairman said: "After establishing the domestic market as the primary market for An An rice and in response to the rice quality requirements of domestic and international consumers, Tan Long decided to promote sustainable rice production in the direction of organic to ensure active participation in raw material areas and strict control of pesticide and inorganic fertilizer residues, as well as traceability issues".
“With enthusiasm and love for the rice sector today, I pledge to assist you and build clean rice products, creating consumers' trust in A An rice products. Because for businesses, the trust of consumers is highly crucial, when they have faith, they will be willing to buy high-priced rice.
Tan Long will initially establish a new cooperative model covering approximately 500 hectares; but, in the long term, the larger the model, the better. By 2030, the group expects to bring 1 million tons of A An bag rice products to market, at which point it will become a Cooperative Alliance and operate on a cooperative group model," Truong Sy Ba emphasized.
