DNHN - The Hanoi Trade Business Club organizes businesses to visit every year. Mr Nguyen Van Quan, the creator and CEO of the women's fashion business Cchat, spoke to the club on April 28, 2022. This is not just an exchange activity; entrepreneurs may also discuss and learn from the successful business models of club members.
Trang Anh Production and Trading Service Co., Ltd. owns the women's fashion brand Cchat. that has had millions of clients around the nation and more than 200 staff since its inception. The showrooms are centred in Vietnam's main fashion capitals, such as Hanoi, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong, and so on.
Cchat has developed from a niche company to a brand trusted by many Vietnamese women by operating on the idea of "customer-centric business, human resources as the root." Cchat is always working to enhance product quality and design to better suit consumers' personalities, requirements, and preferences. As a result, fashionistas enthusiastically embrace each new product from the company. When more than 1 million people follow and like the Cchat Fanpage, which will happen in 2022, it will be a big deal.
During the business visit, Mr Nguyen Van Quan, the founder and CEO, also addressed many questions from club members and visitors on management, business, and start-up activities.
"If you could provide one piece of advice to young individuals who want to start a fashion company, what would it be?"
"The fashion business, in general, is fairly broad and does not recognize the talents and resources of each individual differently," said CEO Nguyen Van Quan. However, based on personal experience, three criteria are required to establish a firm in the fashion sector.
To begin, you must identify a product to service the clients you want, who your product will serve, and where they will be to have the best marketing and sales solutions. The second item is to always study, develop knowledge, and update yourself since the market is constantly changing and evolving.
Thus, every firm and entrepreneur must describe business as learning and working. The third item to clearly define when establishing a company is to be very enthusiastic and ready to handle all of the business's difficulties since without passion, you will give up or feel overwhelmed while under pressure.
Furthermore, Mr Nguyen Van Quan discussed many of Cchat's future objectives to become the favoured brand of workplace attire for women in Vietnam. When questioned, "How to maintain and become stronger in the future?" the CEO of the brand said," To obtain the results today, Chat has drawn a lot of lessons for me, in which I must remember that it is "Win without pride." Guests and club members alike were excited by the reaction.
That is the lesson of humility, genuine listening and sharing, and a constant desire to learn and develop yourself; every step toward achieving the goal must be a triumph over oneself, and success is the reward for achieving the next goal. In other words, "win without pride" means always striving for the highest position and settling for second place.
Since the company is always thinking, "Let's talk about how we can make progress as a group," it is not surprising that it tries to create a lively, creative, and united work environment where employees can feel safe enough to stay and commit themselves.
During the sharing event, members of the Hanoi Trade Business Club, important colleagues of Cchat, and CEO Nguyen Van Quan discussed a lot of information. Mr Le Dai Duong, Club President, also praised Cchat's attitude, culture, and basic principles, which include a focus on human elements with a focus on employees and consumers. This will serve as a springboard for Chat's long-term growth. "Corporate culture will be the beginning point as well as the finishing point," he continued. When we begin anything, it expands. "
The successful business tour program gives companies a place to keep learning and sharing their experiences to build a community for healthy and sustainable development.
