DNHN - The 210MWp An Hao solar power plant (DMT) in Tinh Bien district, An Giang province, has an investment capital of approximately VND 6000 billion and is distributed over an area of roughly 275 hectares. The Sao Mai Group invested in this project, which has the potential to generate 302 million KWh of power annually.

An Hao Solar Power Plant is expected to generate 2.5 billion KWh/year of energy in the next decade, providing enough power for manufacturing and everyday living in the bordering areas. As far as exports go, VN-CPC has plenty of spare capacity. The solar power plant on the country's southwest border has a unique mission: it helps to "preserve" security, economics, and politics while also "promoting" Vietnam's place in the world of energy exploitation.

Electricity generated by the 400 million kWh/year An Hao Solar Power Plant will be added to the An Giang and national grids. To help Vietnam's power grid when there isn't any clean energy.

EVN will pay 9.35 cents per kilowatt hour for phase 1 and 7.06 cents per kilowatt hour for phase 2 of the plant's 210 MWp DC capacity, which is comparable to 196 MWp AC. EVN bought over $800 million worth of power from us. Approximately 80 billion Vietnamese Dong (VAT) and more than 40 billion Vietnamese Dong (CIT) will be paid to the state each year by the unit.
