DNHN - On the afternoon of January 14, Hestia International Food Co. Limited launched the product “Trang Bread” and announced the products in the Hestia ecosystem. The event took place at Victory Hotel – 14 Vo Van Tan, Ward 6, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
After a long period of research and testing by the Hestia team, “Trang Bread” was officially born. The ingredients in the product are processed according to a modern Japanese technological line, meeting all standards to serve the needs and strategic orientation of exporting products to the world with a franchise model. This is not just a simple culinary product; with the unique combination of new ingredients based on old values, the product carries the pride of what Vietnamese bread has achieved and continues the mission of developing Vietnamese culinary culture to all five continents.
The story of bread from Vietnamese people became the inspiration for Hestia Company’s story. After many stages of searching and researching for distinctive flavours. “Trang Bread” was formed as a vivid panorama, depicting the joy and sweat of fishermen to the workers processing raw materials in the process of forming Vietnam’s first seafood-filled bread product.
The product carries the “Trang” brand with the desire to be a purely Vietnamese product, hoping to bring the best quality to domestic and foreign consumers. The special feature of the product is that it has shrimp ham and pâté. The filling ingredients are processed from seafood such as shrimp cake, squid cake, sea fish cake, shrimp, etc. bringing a completely different flavour and can be said to be characteristic of the user.
During the launch, there was also a ceremony to sign a principle agreement to develop the brand in international markets such as Laos, and the UK... between Hestia Company and representatives of investors. With the motto: “Core values are products and customers”. Hestia Company focuses entirely on product quality and consumer emotions, with the hope of contributing to the further development of Vietnamese bread, going further in the international culinary market. “With great aspiration, determination, relentless work and the solidarity of those who love bread and love Vietnam, we believe that “Trang Bread” will create a new story about Vietnamese bread on the world culinary map” - shared Hestia CEO.
According to Mr Truong Hanh Cong Dan - Co-founder of Hestia, said: “With the dream of Vietnamese cuisine reaching out to the world, bread has been one of the dishes favoured by international friends, so there needs to be a new product that carries the breath of our country with a new part that will help the user experience more unique and novel. Signing with foreign partners will help the market for this dish to become more widespread and is an opportunity for the future potential development of “Trang Bread” in particular and Hestia Company in general.
Also at the launch of the new product, there was an auction of "ao dai" dresses marked with a series of signatures of artists from the Vietnamese entertainment industry. All proceeds from the auction will be used for charity work to help people in difficult circumstances.
Mr Truong Hanh Cong Dan - Co-founder of Hestia, shared: “Besides business, charity work is always a matter of concern for the company, this is a meaningful activity as well as a good tradition of our nation. Profitable business and from the profit, a part will be taken to help the community create more sustainable value, thereby, when customers use the products of “Trang Bread” or products of the Hestia system, they are also joining hands to support the community”.
