The Vietnam National Administration of Tourism mentioned strategic cooperation to elevate Vietnam's tourism, cuisine, and culture in the July 2023 tourist information document. The program "Change thousands of ingredients, cook millions of Vietnamese dishes" not only honors the country's diverse cultural and gastronomic values but also provides visitors with a unique narrative about the variation of local ingredients. into millions of traditional dishes, with each region's distinct imprint.

Vietnam enters August 2023 brimming with diverse and alluring tourism activities in numerous locations across the country. The inaugural Ho Chi Minh City River Festival featured unique cultural, entertainment, and artistic activities and was an opportunity not to be missed. the Hue Ao Dai Festival, the Exhibition of Royal Treasures of the Khai Dinh Dynasty, the Hue Nam Palace Festival, the Traditional Boat Racing Festival, the International Photography Festival, and the Hue Lion Festival.
In addition to large-scale events, the International Food Festival - Quang Nam 2023 invites guests to sample the culinary essence of Quang's four directions. The festival promises to recreate the historical story of Quang's cuisine with 26 traditional dishes, arousing visitors' affection and curiosity for this distinct culture. Notably, Quang noodle processing in the province of Quang Nam is also recognized as a national intangible cultural heritage, marking a significant turning point in the preservation and promotion of Vietnam's traditional culinary value.
