DNHN - Recently, Long An Young Entrepreneurs Association and Long An College signed an official cooperation agreement, laying the groundwork for creating job opportunities for students, developing their skills, and orienting them.
Accordingly, the purpose of the Agreement is to aid Long An College students in finding internship and post-graduation employment opportunities; Support the school's lecturers in visiting and practising at businesses; Organise activities to assist students in developing soft skills, enhancing professional knowledge, and broadening their network; develop training programmes tailored to the needs of businesses. Help the school organise practical instruction in the direction of product creation.

The content of the collaboration also specifies that the two parties will work together to recruit graduate students. Long An College can provide information and introduce students to the Young Entrepreneurs Association. The Young Entrepreneurs Association acts as a bridge to help students gain access to employment opportunities within businesses. In addition, the two parties will organise activities such as seminars, training on business, business management, financial management, and marketing, etc., to assist students in acquiring the necessary knowledge and skills for career success. business sectors. In addition to providing and assisting students in starting a business, the Entrepreneurs Association provides start-up capital, seeks investment opportunities, etc.
One of the primary objectives of the partnership is to create recruitment opportunities for Association member companies. This will allow students to immediately access the real world, practise from the beginning of the learning process, and provide member businesses with high-quality human resources.

According to Mr Le Quoc Hung, Rector of Long An College, "through the joint training with Long An Young Entrepreneurs Association, the school, its students, and its member businesses can gain benefits including The school side organises for managers and lecturers to gain access to the reality of production in enterprises, and students can practise in the enterprises, thereby assisting the school in making timely adjustments. In training, by assisting the school's training work and meeting the actual needs of businesses, the school's training quality is enhanced. Students receive practical internships in businesses, participate in the production of products, become acquainted with the work environment in businesses, and practise industrial etiquette, preparing them for success in the workplace after graduation. Instead of a probationary period, professionals recruited to work in the correct major are trained and immediately adapt to the position. It has helped enterprises obtain short-term and seasonal human resources through the process of receiving students for practical internships, participating in the production, and making products at enterprises, especially when students have good grades. Enterprises recruit employees who can immediately adapt to the job without undergoing a probationary period, enabling them to acquire trained human resources for the long term.

Long An College and the Long An Young Entrepreneurs Association focus not only on teaching professional knowledge, but also on training important soft skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management, as well as new era skills. This helps students gain confidence and succeed in the dynamic and diverse business environment of today.
In addition, the B2 and C class driver training programme is an integral part of the Memorandum of Understanding, as it helps to provide member companies' employees with a prestigious and high-quality driver training location.
Cooperation between Long An College and the Long An Young Entrepreneurs Association is a strategic move that contributes to the socioeconomic development of the local area and promotes the prosperity of both institutions and the province of Long An.
