DNHN - Thaigroup Corporation has recently announced the appointment of Ms. Bui Thai Ly as the CEO, effective from June 12, 2024.
Ms. Bui Thai Ly, born in 1988, is a young leader highly regarded by Thaigroup's Board of Directors for her expertise and experience in developing professional real estate projects. She graduated with a degree in Finance and Banking from Raffles International University and has over 16 years of experience in finance, banking, consulting, and real estate business at reputable large enterprises.
Before joining Thaigroup, Ms. Ly held significant positions such as Deputy General Director in charge of strategy and product development at V-Land Vietnam, Deputy Sales Director at T&T Land (T&T Group), and Sales Manager at Vinhomes (Vingroup).
With extensive experience in the real estate sector and various strategic management roles, Ms. Bui Thai Ly has consistently aimed for breakthrough solutions to enhance the efficiency and value of projects. Her dedication and sharp decision-making skills have helped her build a solid reputation and brand in the real estate industry.
In her new role at Thaigroup, Ms. Bui Thai Ly will oversee all operations of the corporation, aiming for sustainable development and enhancing the Group's market position. Her business acumen and creative thinking, coupled with substantial experience in finance and real estate, are expected to help her lead Thaigroup in pursuing its core values and long-term development strategies alongside the Board of Directors and all employees.
Following the personnel appointment, Thaigroup's Executive Board now includes two female leaders: Ms. Bui Thai Ly as CEO and Ms. Pham Thu Hang as Deputy CEO.
Thaigroup stated that recruiting new key personnel is part of the Group's strategy to enhance quality and undergo strong restructuring to provide high-quality products and services to customers in the new development phase. The appointment of Ms. Bui Thai Ly as the new CEO marks a significant step in the Group's development journey, promising many positive changes and new successful values in the future.
