DNHN - Nestlé Vietnam has recently been recognised as a "Consumer Enterprise" for its efforts to safeguard the material and spiritual well-being of its workforce, support the development of each employee's potential, and foster a sense of shared value
In a ceremony presided over by the Vietnam General Confederation of Labour and organised in cooperation with the Ministry of Labour, War Invalids and Social Affairs Association, and Vietnam Confederation of Commerce & Industry (VCCI), Nestlé Vietnam was recognised on October 29 as a "Typical Enterprise for Workers" in 2023. Additionally, Nestlé Vietnam has held this title for the past four consecutive years.

This year, 64 businesses were chosen for the honour after evaluation procedures by the "Typical Enterprises for Workers" programme. The organisers claim that these companies have consistently enhanced the working environment, protected the material and spiritual well-being of their employees, established amicable, stable, and forward-thinking labour relations, and advanced sustainable development through integration and development.
Nestlé, the largest food company in the world, is a firm believer in the ability of food to enhance everyone's quality of life. One of the key resources in achieving this shared objective is the workforce.

For five years in a row (2018–2022), Nestlé Vietnam was ranked in the top three of the "100 best places to work in Vietnam." The Anphabe company surveyed over 57,000 working people nationwide, and market research firm Intage independently verified the results to create the ranking.
Nestlé Vietnam was founded in 1995 and employs over 2,300 people. It runs 4 factories and 2 distribution centres in the provinces of Dong Nai and Hung Yen and generates indirect employment through the supply chain. for a workforce of over 10,000.
