Korean Multicultural Organisation’s 11th Anniversary Fundraising Gala Night: A Resounding Success

DNHN - The Korean Multicultural Organisation recently hosted a successful “Sponsorship Night Concert” to commemorate its 11th anniversary and celebrate its remarkable journey.

The event was held at the AW Hotel in Daegu and was graced by distinguished guests, including Mayor of Dalseo-gu Lee Tae-hoon, Member of the National Assembly Hong Seok-jun, and CEO of Hankook Ilbo Yoo Myung-sang.

Mr Kwon JaeHaeng, the Chief Representative of the Korean Multicultural Organisation, expressed his gratitude to the attendees and highlighted the efforts of the organisation’s volunteers and the contributions of sponsors over the past 11 years without any support from the Korean government.

The event featured captivating cultural performances, including opera and K-pop, which enthralled the audience. Additionally, paintings donated by the Gyeonggi Province Artists Association, Vietnamese artists, and other renowned artists were auctioned off, raising funds for the organisation. The paintings showcased a diverse range of styles and mediums, and the proceeds from the auction will be used to support the Korean Multicultural Organisation’s various activities.
