Nguyen Thu Phuong, Director of the Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts and a member of the VNABC Executive Committee, said at the press conference: "The main goals of the forum are: To help the Party and the Government carry out their plans for building the Vietnamese culture and people. To set up a national forum where Party and State leaders can meet and talk about business culture. Affirming the role, place, and importance of culture in making a strong business environment and long-term economic growth ".
The Central Propaganda Department of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the Vietnam Federation of Trade and Industry, and the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union are all part of the organizing committee for the Forum. The Vietnam Association for the Development of Corporate Culture (VNABC) and the coordinating units are in charge of putting the plan into action.
The Forum's agenda is anticipated to feature three primary activities:
A workshop on the topic "Cultural regeneration - the cornerstone for economic recovery and long-term growth." The workshop exchanged and discussed the following major issues: The role and influence of cultural revitalization on economic recovery and long-term development; The fundamental components of cultural regeneration - the foundation for economic recovery and long-term growth; Practical lessons from Vietnam and throughout the world on how to promote the importance of culture in recovery and long-term economic growth, particularly during and after the COVID-19 epidemic; Solutions to improve the role of culture in recovery and sustained economic growth in the post-COVID-19 setting, as well as the world's present geopolitical and geoeconomic disputes
In 2022, a ceremony was held to commemorate and present the certificate of "Enterprise matching the criteria of Vietnamese business culture." These are businesses that have excelled in meeting the Association's Vietnam Business Culture Criteria. National Council for selection of "Enterprises matching Vietnamese business culture requirements." The Prime Minister has requested that a set of criteria be developed with the participation of ministries and branches, as well as the intellectual and enthusiastic contributions of scientists, experts, business leaders, and the press.
Arrange for a corporate delegation to meet with senior Party and State leaders. The delegation included organizations recognized as matching the criteria of Vietnam's corporate culture in 2021 and 2022, as well as several businesses that have recently achieved extraordinary results in response to the Campaign "Building Vietnamese Corporate Culture."
The activities of the Forum will help to promote the development of corporate culture and business culture in the Vietnamese business community both at home and abroad, progressively establishing typical business culture features. Vietnam satisfies the prerequisites of long-term growth and international integration.

Ms Duong Thi Lieu, Director of the Institute of Business Culture, introduced the new set of criteria for "Vietnamese business culture" within the context of the program. "We have translated certain criteria to make them more obvious, or we have merged many criteria into one. This will help to make enterprises more accessible "Ms Lieu stated.
In 2022, Ms Lieu also proposed examining and awarding "Enterprises matching the requirements of Vietnamese business culture." She stated: "All information regarding the Review and Recognition Program will be available at the following address: https://vhkd2022.vnabc.org.vn. Businesses can have rapid and accurate access to updated information ".

Ms Ha Thi Thu Thanh, Chairman of the Advisory Council of Deloitte Vietnam Co., Ltd., gave the following business insight: "This year's subject has piqued our curiosity. The firm has a policy of cultural revitalization. Our Deloitte strategy was initiated by the Party and State. Compliance is a crucial element for organizations to develop a sustainable cultural basis. Businesses should strive to create value from compliance. As businesses, we recognize that implementing social responsibility voluntarily is essential; we also benefit from it. Creating a reputation for businesses, and prestige helps businesses increase revenue, and attract partners, investors, and employees; this also contributes to the long-term development of the Vietnamese economy. We frequently discuss the recovery of businesses in the last six months of the year under the burden of rising inflation; yet, businesses, in my opinion, did not recover. When it comes to healing, culture is a critical pillar."
The forum is set to take place in the second week of November 2022, in conjunction with Vietnam Corporate Culture Day (November 10). The event will take place in Hanoi.

Prof. Dr Dinh Van Hien, Standing Vice Chairman of the National Startup Association, also spoke at the event: "For enterprises, culture is a critical factor. Every firm has its own culture, but there must be a particular set of norms in place. The ultimate degree of economic growth is culture. Culture is built on three fundamental pillars: Civil servant culture, and civil servant culture. For a company to grow sustainably, the cultural aspect must begin with the CEO and expand to each employee through managerial roles. There is a collection of criteria; formerly, companies had to read many things; currently, there is a set of criteria as a backbone to orient the business's activity ".
