Baygolf and BuCA give ethnic minority children in Thanh Hoa province a sweet Mid-Autumn Festival.

DNHN - Baygolf Joint Stock Company and BuCA Joint Stock Company hosted the 2023 Mid-Autumn Festival programme for students of Xuan Thai Primary School, Xuan Thai commune, Nhu Thanh district, Thanh Hoa province, on October 2, 2023.

The annual Mid-Autumn Festival for Children is sponsored by Baygolf Joint Stock Company and BuCA Joint Stock Company. The programme raises funds through the sale of mooncakes to support children in special and difficult circumstances. This year, Xuan Thai Primary School is the Mid-Autumn Festival destination for children in the year 2023.

Located close to Ben En National Park, the Xuan Thai Primary School has over 400 students in 18 classrooms. This school has many disadvantaged students and children from ethnic minorities. Specifically, the school's facilities are still unfinished. The staff of the two companies returned to the school immediately after learning of the situation to organise a Mid-Autumn Festival for the students.

At Xuan Thai Primary School, a small stage was erected, and students were immersed in the Mid-Autumn Festival's jubilant and bustling atmosphere through fun games, musical performances, and... The Mid-Autumn Festival is a joyous occasion for children of diverse ethnic backgrounds.

At the ceremony, a representative of Baygolf Company presented Mr. Nguyen Nhu Hung, the school's principal, with a certificate of construction for a standard shuttlecock court for 25,000,000 VND. The programme also awarded three 200,000 VND scholarships to Xuan Thai Primary School's disadvantaged students who overcame obstacles. 100 gifts, each worth 350,000 VND, were given to students with high academic achievement and disadvantaged backgrounds, as well as the entire faculty and staff of the school. After the programme, more than 400 Xuan Thai Primary School students celebrated with a "moon party"

The school principal, moved by the benefactor's generosity, explained, "Nhu Thanh district is a mountainous district, and Xuan Thai commune is the most challenging in the district. The children here come from extremely troubled homes. This was the first time the students celebrated the Mid-Autumn Festival with significance. The school was ecstatic, and the students were ecstatic as well. Thereby helping them love life more, consciously strive to improve, become good children and good students, good grandchildren of Uncle Ho, worthy of being the future owners of the country.
