TKV produced and sold 890 million kWh of electricity, 5.75 thousand tonnes of copper concentrate, 780 tonnes of zinc ingots, and 6.5 thousand tonnes of explosives to the market in October, specifically.
By the end of 2023's first ten months, TKV had produced 31.50 million tonnes of raw coal, or 80.6% of the year's total planned production, or 94% of the same period last year. 40.24 million tonnes of coal were consumed, which is 87% of the plan and 101% over the same time frame. Of this total, 33.11 million tonnes of coal were used by electric households, which is an increase of 3.86 million tonnes and equals 86% of the plan and 113% over the same period.
Every production sector has reached or surpassed its goals, including the production of minerals and electricity. 1.18 million tonnes of aluminum equivalent were produced, which is 91% of the annual goal and 96% over the same time frame. The amount of copper concentrate produced was 80.07 thousand tonnes, or 79% of the annual plan and 87% over the same period. The amount of copper sheet produced was 25.64 thousand tonnes, or 86% of the plan and 102% over the same period. 7.58 billion kWh of electricity were produced, which is 110% more than the same period last year and 79% of the planned amount for the year.
Chemicals and industrial explosives produced 58.7 thousand tonnes, or 92% of the total for the same period and 77% of the year's budget. Chemical and industrial explosive supplies totaled 87.36 thousand tonnes, or 89% of the plan during the same period.
According to TKV, these outcomes enabled the Group to generate 138.62 trillion VND in revenue during the first ten months of 2023. Additionally, the Group has paid 22.5 trillion VND to the State budget, which is a 24% increase over the same period and equal to 110% of the plan for the year. The average monthly salary of employees is more than 15.9 million VND, and an approximate profit of 4,000 billion VND is anticipated.
As of November 2023, 2.76 million tonnes of raw coal, 118 thousand tonnes of alumina, 2,200 tonnes of copper sheets, 650 tonnes of zinc ingots, and 980 million kWh of electricity will be produced by the Group, according to TKV's report. The Group will continue to optimize coal consumption, give priority to the supply of coal for electricity, implement necessary plans for the import of coal, and take proactive measures in prevention work to guarantee the completion of the proposed plan. natural calamity. The Group will prioritize safeguarding mine boundary resources, bolstering safety inspections, and finishing environmental works on time.
