On October 23, Pharmacity and Tracybee announced a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement aimed at supporting the programme "Improving awareness and selecting proactive health care solutions for the home."Both parties will implement "limiting antibiotic resistance by consumer needs" shortly.
Consequently, with common strengths and directions in strategic development, the core value of "Customer first" is always centred on the development of a strategic cooperative relationship by both parties. This time, the strategy of Pharmacity and Tracybee is anticipated to be realised through programmes aimed at increasing people's awareness of common respiratory health problems and diseases, while also providing simple proactive healthcare solutions at home. This is to ensure that the chemist's consultation process is always tailored to each individual's needs, thereby contributing to the provision of quality, effective, and safe products and assisting in the development of a health barrier. Vietnamese people enjoy robust health.
Within the framework of this cooperation agreement, the two entities will implement training programmes, update and enhance chemists' knowledge and professional skills, and continue to improve the consultation and care quality. Taking care of the health of customers and providing solutions that best meet their requirements. Pharmacity and Tracybee will also coordinate the deployment of educational programmes to raise community awareness about how to care for and prevent common health problems, particularly those affecting the respiratory system which has become more complicated and increased in quantity.
