DNHN - The robust and efficient collaborative relationship between the Military Industry and Telecommunications Group (BIDV) and the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) remains affirmed in the cooperation
The Collaboration Agreement Signing Ceremony, scheduled for November 27, 2023, in Hanoi, Vietnam, aims to leverage the respective strengths of both parties, foster the creation of novel societal values, and contribute to the advancement of the nation's collective prosperity. This event serves as a continuation of the fruitful cooperation outcomes established between the two entities under the Memorandum of Understanding on Comprehensive Cooperation for the period 2019-2023. Both BIDV and Viettel maintain a robust partnership between two industry-leading units in the banking and finance sector and the telecommunications sector, to establish a sustainable and long-lasting cooperation strategy to plan the overall development of the two companies.

As per the terms of the signed agreement, BIDV shall furnish Viettel with all-encompassing financial solutions—including banking products, securities, and insurance—at prices that are competitive in the industry. Viettel ensures that BIDV receives telecommunications and information technology products and services of the highest quality, including the following: the Viettel Cloud ecosystem; infrastructure and equipment for information technology; products for information security and safety; technological products that optimize operations and enhance the customer experience; solutions for business management and operations...
By the provisions of the law, the parties reached an agreement to prioritize the use of a variety of one another's products and services according to their suitability for their respective needs and interests. Concurrently, working towards establishing advantageous circumstances to offer preferential products and services to the clientele of both parties; collaborating on the development of novel products and services that benefit society.
Mr. Phan Duc Tu, Chairman of the Board of Directors of BIDV, addressed the gathering at the ceremony and stated: "BIDV extends sincere gratitude and congratulations to Viettel for its accomplishments over the course of nearly three-quarters of a century of existence and growth. Concurrently, we profoundly and reverently thank Viettel's partnership for facilitating BIDV's recent success, particularly as the first network provider to endorse an increase in internet bandwidth, which enabled BIDV to successfully convert the system." We are optimistic that the signing ceremony that took place today will signify a significant milestone in the cooperative relationship between the two organizations, accompanied by remarkable accomplishments.
Mr. Tao Duc Thang, Chairman and General Director of the Group for Viettel, emphasized that BIDV's support and companionship are perpetual in the company's development. The products and services rendered by BIDV to Viettel are highly dependable and elicit satisfaction. With any luck, the collaboration program between BIDV and Viettel will be executed with a strong emphasis on innovation, thereby enhancing the quality of service and methods of coordination between the two organizations.
In addition, the leaders of both factions reached a consensus to advance the notion of effective and diverse collaboration, which is proportional to the capabilities of the two foremost military forces in the nation. In the future, the two parties will exploit their respective strengths to develop and collaborate in a manner that generates high-value products for society, customers, and the community.
