Business Leaders Forum 2022 is an important event conducted by the Australian Embassy in Hanoi during numerous hard challenges during the recovery phase following the COVID-19 crisis. Vietnam and the Vietnam Business Network will collaborate with the Vietnam Economic Review to encourage the growth of women's power (VBCWE). This program, titled "Reviving labour resources in the post-Covid-19 recovery period - Building an inclusive workplace," features speakers from international organizations and associations, as well as Vietnamese businesses. CEO Luu Thi Thanh Mau - General Director of Phuc Khang Investment & Construction Joint Stock Company; Vice-Chairman of Vietnam Young Entrepreneurs Association - was one of the speakers at the seminar, with many sharing their experiences.
According to Ms Luu Thi Thanh Mau, developing a varied, inclusive, and inclusive culture is crucial at this stage of economic recovery and is the objective of most businesses/organizations.
